Full refund is available for cancellations made 60 days or more before your scheduled arrival.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in a 30% nonrefundable prepayment.
Early departures: If you leave early, nights not spent within 24 hours of your departure notification are 50% refundable.

For full flexibility, guests can opt into CFAR when booking. This optional add-on allows cancellation for any reason up to a specified deadline.

Refund covers: room rate and taxes.
CFAR fee and additional add-ons are non-refundable.
Refunds are handled by HTS, not the hotel.
